Power to the Peak

Amflow

Brand identity for an e-MTB newcomer with the ambition to move mountains.

Amflow entered a market dominated by trusted, long-established bike brands – yet the category still feels slow-paced: prices rise, little innovation, and riders don’t necessarily get the best possible bikes. Amflow’s product quality had the potential to be a wake-up call.

Challenge

Amflow was completely new – riders didn’t know the brand or what it could stand for. Competing with market leaders meant going up against heritage and default trust from day one. So the Amflow brand had to be built to cut through immediately – across identity, story, and a first real-world proof point: the launch at EuroBike.

Strategy

“Make the market leaders look old, outdated and mainstream.”

From: “Another great e-MTB.”
To: “The newcomer that reframes what e-MTB should feel like.”

That newcomer move became the brand system: Fresh. Electrifying. Straightforward. Flowing. And as criteria for everything Amflow designs, films, and writes.

Story

We translated the strategy into a brand story that feels like Amflow: bold, clean, energetic – and written from a rider’s perspective. A brand that’s “Proudly born in 2024,” built by tech experts who flipped their work-ride balance, powered by trusted innovators like DJI, and obsessed with making e-MTB feel smoother, lighter, more seamless – and ultimately more free. The narrative frames e-MTB as the fastest path to what riders chase: flow state – where everything disappears except the ride.

Launch

All of it came together under the launch idea “Power to the Peak” for EuroBike – where the Amflow experience stood out physically as well: an outdoor booth presence built as a two-storey brand container with a large LED screen visible from afar, instead of a typical outdoor tent setup.

Result

Amflow didn’t arrive as “another e-MTB.” It arrived as a credible new player – and that’s how the market talked about it:

“Stands out from the crowd… talk of the trail”
